Updating in Linux

I run Linux Mate and when I do the update for QRSS it wipes out all settings and feeds and does a clean install. Anyone else have this issue? I download from the site when i get an alert and launch it and it overwrites everything.

I just upgraded again from

I just upgraded again from .18 to .19 and lost eveyrthing wiped everyting out and did a new install. Used the following;

https://quiterss.org/en/quiterss-for-other-os

Ubuntu

https://launchpad.net/~quiterss

Connection and installation of:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:quiterss/quiterss
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install quiterss
