Dear Developers,

First of all, I'd like to thank you all for your hard work in creating and maintaining such a  wonderful program.  I've been relying on QuiteRSS to save me the trouble of collecting all the important news articles on so many news websites and QuiteRSS has been so helpful.  However, I find it more and more often that articles are somehow not properly filtered (same keywords, same conditions, but not all articles with the same titles are filtered), which can be solved by performing filters manually most of the time.  So I was wondering if you could, in future updates, allow users to customize the toolbar by adding a "perform filters" button to faciliate this process?  Thanks again.
