I have recently had problems with QuiteRSS on Kubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf):

Turned out Debian package is not working on Kubuntu. Solved it by installing Your package for Vivid from ppa.

Can I suggest: since QuiteRSS switched to Qt 5 and Your package "quiterss_0.18.2-0ubuntu1~vivid_amd64.deb" is working very well on Wily,

could You be so kind to add a Wily repository to ppa, OR offer deb download for Wily users with note about supported versions, if needed?

Many people can't imagine, like I didn't, that Vivid package is working properly on Wily and therefore would be left without QuiteRSS.
